Privacy notice

What we collect when you request a quote, why, how long we keep it, and how to ask us to delete it.

What we collect

What you type into the quote form: your name, company, email, phone, country, state or region, postal code, the kind of buyer you are, your yearly fabric spend if you give it, and the fabrics, specs and quantities you ask about. We keep any files you attach with your request.

We also keep a one-way, salted fingerprint of your IP address so we can limit repeated submissions. We never store the address itself.

Why we collect it

To answer your request, and to measure demand for each kind of fabric. We reply ourselves, by email. The site sends you no automatic emails.

If you tick "Send me future offers", we may also contact you about fabrics we think you'll want. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Who sees it

Only us. We share demand with investors and manufacturing partners as anonymized totals by fabric, quantity, buyer type and country. Those totals leave out your name, company, email, phone, postal code and anything you wrote in your own words. We never sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep your request until you ask us to delete it. We delete requests we mark as spam after 30 days.

Cookies and tracking

The public site sets no cookies and doesn't track you. We count page views per day, without recording who viewed them.

Asking for deletion

Reply to any email from us and ask, quoting your reference number (it looks like VF-2026-000123). We delete the request, its product lines and its files together.
